Personal Coaching Consultation

If you are looking to lose or gain weight, improve your strength, balance, and mobility, or if you struggle with nutrition or are unsure of what and how much to eat, I would love to help you meet your goals.

My approach comes from years of personal experience, and is influenced by Ayurveda, an ancient science based on bringing you into harmony with your surroundings.

Initial consultation is $50 for a 30-minute virtual call. This $50 can be applied to any services should you choose to purchase them. If you don't show up for the call, the $50 is not refundable.

I offer customized and detailed nutritional and/or strength training plans. Both include a walk-through, demo via virtual call, and one week of personal support and coaching. Pricing for these plans is $100 each, or both for $150.

Weekly personal coaching subscriptions are $25 weekly, a la carte. This includes any questions answered, on-going adjustments and suggestions, and real-time support via text or email. I strongly recommend committing to a 12 or 16 week period of time, and then taking it on your own from there. I believe everyone can learn to maintain a good level of wellness without on-going expense.

Personalized Strength Training Plan

A personalized, detailed workout routine based on types of exercises you prefer. This can include yoga, weight lifting, resistance bands, walking, pilates, and many more. My approach is to spend as little time as possible exercising, and getting the most from your workouts with intensity and taking muscles to failure.

Personalized Ayurvedic Nutrition Plan

A holistic way of eating designed to prevent ailments and disease, put you in harmony with your surroundings, and improve your digestion. Includes an assessment to determine your dosha, and a comprehensive nutrition plan based on your unique makeup, environment, seasons, and goals. Plan includes food combinings suggestions, recipes, and specific amounts of food required to reach your goals (lose fat, gain muscle, maintain, etc.).
